Observations will take place between Monday 28 July and Friday 24 October

TRP provides evidence of effective teaching for the purposes of:

Academic Promotion
Teaching Awards
Education Specialist Conversion

Please note, as the number of reviewers is limited, we cannot accommodate TRP requests for purposes beyond these.

If you wish to enhance your teaching practice using developmental peer observation, please refer to information on the Peer Assisted Reflection & Development Program (PARD-P) webpage or speak to your Head of School, Associate Head of Learning and Teaching or Faculty Learning and Teaching Leaders.

Staff applying for TRP in Round 2, 2025 or looking ahead to Round 1, 2026 are strongly encouraged to attend an information session on Friday 4 July 2025 on preparing for an observation.
