ACDS workshop: Future-proofing career readiness of science graduates

We are excited to invite you to join our online career-readiness workshop with science industry and recent graduates (as part of an ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Council of Deans of Science project Future-proofing career-readiness of science graduates).

As an academic, you bring inside knowledge on when and how work-integrated learning (WIL) can be effectively implemented as well as the challenges that you may face.

The community-of-practice style workshop will have a series of fun and engaging activities to explore what it is that students need to be career ready from the perspectives of employers, academics and students/recent science graduates themselves. We will work to develop a shared understanding of employability skills and dive into both the opportunities and challenges that arise in helping students be prepared for life after graduation. Y

You’ll come away from the session with some fresh ideas and perspectives as well as the knowledge that you have contributed to the development of national best-practice guidelines for employability skills in future Science graduates.

Please register your attendance by Monday April 10
