ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide hosts inaugural SA Falling Walls Lab competition
The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide's Global Engagement Team recently hosted the inaugural South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n ³¦´Ç³¾±è±ð³Ù¾±³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô.Ìý
The event, which started in Germany with the Falling Walls Foundation, provides an opportunity for students, researchers and early-career professionals to share their scientific and entrepreneurial visions to solve grand challenges, help shape a more sustainable future, and highlight how their work was breaking down walls.
The event showcased the work of five short-listed speakers selected from ten applications.Â
Congratulations to the three finalists - Andrew Mencel, Sahand Karimi-Arpanahi and Ellie Treloar - who will compete at a national event in Canberra alongside other state winners.
The winner of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n event will travel to Berlin for the international final in November.Â
