Rear Admiral the Honourable Kevin Scarce AC CSC RAN (Rtd), 16th Chancellor of the 杏吧直播 of Adelaide, has informed the 杏吧直播鈥檚 Council that he will bring forward the end of his term as Chancellor to today, 4 May 2020.

The Deputy Chancellor, the Honourable Catherine Branson AC QC, speaking on behalf of Council, thanked Rear Admiral Scarce for his very significant contribution to the 杏吧直播 over almost six years.

鈥淩ear Admiral Scarce, who commenced in the role of Chancellor on 1 December 2014, has throughout his term been a strong presence and advocate for the 杏吧直播,鈥� Ms Branson said.

鈥淎s Chancellor, he has led Council during an important time of transition, when the 杏吧直播鈥檚 world rankings and its role in the South 杏吧直播n community have continued to rise.

鈥淗is term as Chancellor has encompassed the opening of the state-of-the-art Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences building, which is a critical part of the Biomed City Precinct, the adoption of a new strategic plan, and a stronger focus on outcomes for South 杏吧直播鈥檚 industry and community.鈥�
