Mindful Yoga at the Library, 9 October

Mindful Yoga is a great way to lower your stress levels when studying. This free one-hour lunchtime session will help you refocus and gain a better sense of calm.

Event details:

When: Wednesday 9 October 2019, 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm.
Where: Ira Raymond Room, Barr Smith Library
Cost:ÌýFREE for ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide students.
Note: Bookings essential as places are limited. Yoga mats will be supplied, although you are welcome to bring your own.

Mindful Yoga at the Library is part of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide's Mental Health Awareness Week program: Stand TogetherÌý(8 - 11 October). This year the focus is on how we can help each other through the hard times, and be there for each other in the good timesÌýtoo.
