Suspension of ILL Loan Requests via LADDÌý

The National Library of ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ is currently upgrading the national Document Delivery system.ÌýAs a result, we have ceased processing all interlibrary loan (ILL) requests via LADD, and renewals will not be granted for existing loans during this period.Ìý

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide can supply a loan or copy of most print items from its collections to other libraries registered through Libraries ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ and overseas libraries.

    Lending policy

    • Monographs: 10 weeks, one renewal, copies can be supplied.
    • Theses: check , as they may be freelyÌýavailable online, or contact us to determine availability.
    • Microform: 10 weeks, one renewal.
    • Not for loan: Rare Books and Special Collections, Serials, Newspapers, High Use Collection.

    • The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ Library charges ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Libraries the standard rates for Copies and Loans as set out in the Inter Library Resource Sharing code.
    • Thesis copy: $150 minimum, additional charges may apply. Please contact us to request a full quote.

    Overseas

    • Loan: AUD$55.00 or 5 IFLA vouchers.
    • Copies:ÌýAUD$23.00 or 2 IFLA vouchers (50+ pages, add $8.00 per 50 pages).
    • Thesis copy: PDF, AUD$150 minimum or 12 IFLA vouchers. Please contact us to request a full quote.

    Lost or Damaged Items

    Failure to return an overdue Interlibrary Loan (ILL) item, or returning it in a significantly damaged state, will result in a non-refundable administration fee of AUD$150 per item.
