Dr Kathryn Amos receives 2020 SACOME award

Congratulations to Dr Kathryn Amos, Head of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n School of Petroleum and Energy Resources (ASPER), at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide, who has received the 2020 South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME) Exceptional Woman in Resources Award.

Benefits of collaborative research with MinEx CRC outlined in new case study

Professor Alan Collins from the Department of Earth Sciences is leading a ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide collaboration with the MinEx CRC’s National Drilling Initiative (NDI). 'Data generated by the NDI will attract exploration investment to ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥', Professor Collins says. Read the new IMER case study for more information.

Call for participation: ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥-China Joint Research Centre for Hydrogen Energy

The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide and Tianjin ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ are leading an ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥-China Joint Research Centre proposal for a Joint Research Centre for Hydrogen Energy (JRC-HE). The centre aims to address critical problems for the commercialisation of a Hydrogen Energy for both countries, ranging from hydrogen production and scaling up, to the end-use of hydrogen and associated techno-economic analysis. We are now seeking research partners and feedback on the Joint Research Centre for Hydrogen Energy Prospectus, before the end of July 2020.

Livestream videos of the HiTeMP-2 Forum that was held in Adelaide from March 16-18, at the National Wine Centre, are now available to view.
