Background
CaRST was implemented by the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ to:
- Develop a coordinated approach to HDR training across the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥
- Expand HDR training to take into account a variety of career destinations and skills development needs
- Create a high quality and contemporary training program for researchers to become leaders in their chosen fields
Initially piloted in 2016, CaRST became a compulsory requirement for all PhD and MPhil students commencing on, or after, 1 January 2017.
