  • Biography/ Background

    I have a professional background in integrity, particularly in relation to leading cultural change and investigation functions.  I am particularly interested in building a workplace culture that empowers individuals to speak up about inappropriate and improper conduct. 

    I have expertise in managing sensitive and complex matters including in relation to:

    - sexual misconduct

    - misuse of power

    - conflicts of interest

    - fraud, corruption and maladministration

    - bullying, harassment, discrimination and inappropriate conduct.
