Reviving my Hamilton obsession

A large auditorium.

I got to revive my Hamilton obsession this month, when I got to see it on the stage in Melbourne.

In high school, I was obsessed with Hamilton. The intelligent lyrics, the catchy music, the talented cast and crew... what's not to love? But of course, nothing beats seeing a show in person. I will always leave a musical feeling incredibly happy, so when I finally got to see the show that I was obsessed with when I was 16, it was a big deal! Sitting in the audience, I felt emotional as soon as the play began. It was incredible to finally be getting to witness a show that I had dreamed of for years. Of course, my limited funds meant that I was seated right at the back; but I didn't care, it was still an amazing experience.

It is hard now to meet someone who doesn't know Hamilton, but if you're one of those who haven't, I would definitely recommend. And even more so, if you get the chance to purchase tickets to see it live in Melbourne, it is worth it! The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n cast bring their own flair and wit to the production, with their own interpretation to Lin-Manuel Miranda's iconic play.

My Hamilton obsession is definitely alive and kicking. Years on, it still brings me so much joy, so I am going to continue listening to the soundtrack whenever I need a mood boost!
