The Hon Enrique Manalo, Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, will discuss recent developments in the country's relationship with ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥, including the priorities of the Strategic Partnership and how the two countries are working together to ensure a rules-based international order that facilitates global action.
