GRDC invests in ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide-led soybean program

The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) will invest $3 million in a new five-year soybean breeding program that will be led by the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide and aims to deliver new elite soybean varieties to ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n growers.

National partnership to harness analytics for grains RD&E

GRDC manager enabling technologies John Rivers; The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Queensland Emeritus Professor Kaye Basford, Professor of Biometry; ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide Dr Julian Taylor, Biometry Hub; and Curtin ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥â€™s Professor Mark Gibberd, Director, Centre for Crop and Disease Management; represent the strategic partners for the Analytics for the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Grains Industry (AAGI) initiative.

ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n growers will benefit from a renewed focus on grains research, development and extension (RD&E) data and insights with the announcement of a five-year strategic partnership aimed at harnessing analytics to drive the sector’s profitability and global competitiveness.
