The Stretton Institute presents the Hugh Stretton Oration 2025. 

Our guest speaker and graduate of The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide, Adam Liaw, will explore the topic of Growing an Appetite for Good Food Policy, discussing how we as a society need to start to take the question of "good food" a little more seriously.

At present, we actively regulate everything around food - trade, health & safety, competition, environment, labelling etc. - but have little appetite for specifically tackling the way we eat.

Do we need a closer look at a structure of food policy that starts with food rather than ends with it?
