The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide is hosting its annual Julia Gillard Public Lecture once again in 2024.
Former Prime Minister of ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ the Hon Julia Gillard AC will facilitate an informed conversation on the rise of artificial intelligence in ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ across areas including politics, education, health and defence.
Professor Gillard will be accompanied by ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide panellists:
- Professor Simon Lucey, Director, ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Institute for Machine Learning
- Professor Carolyn Semmler, Lead, Applied Cognition and Experimental Psychology (ACEP) research group
- Dr Samuel White, Senior Lecturer (School of Law) and Cybersecurity Postdoctoral Research Fellow
