Free public forum: the future of our housing

A free public event being held at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide on Tuesday 11 June will address some of the key issues impacting on the future of ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥'s housing.

The forum raises significant social and economic questions about housing, with our ageing population, relentless suburban expansion and rising incidence of low-income "housing stress" all contributing to an increasingly uncertain quality of life.

Called , the forum is part of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide's free series of public seminars.

The event will address such issues as urban sprawl, high-density living, surging housing costs, the societal implications of homelessness, and the expectations of Baby Boomers for old-age accommodation.

The forum panellists are:
