State Records of South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥, established in 1919, is the oldest government archives in ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ and holds some of the state’s most important historical documents. This exhibition will showcase a selection of those documents from the time of first European settlement to Federation in 1901. Through this unique collaboration, these iconic documents will be paired with material from the Special Collections of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide to create vivid insights into the state’s history. This exhibition has been jointly curated by the Department of Historical and Classical Studies at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide, State Records and the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide Library.
