An $18.3 million federal grant led by the Ӱֱ of Sydney to establish the Ӱֱn Centre for Quantum Growth has justbeen announced. The Ӱֱ of Sydney led the successful consortium, which included the Ӱֱ of Adelaide via IPAS, along with most of themajorӰֱn research universities and leading commercial quantum companies.

The Ӱֱ of Adelaide team is led by three professors;,Director of theCentre for Quantum Materials & Quantum Technologies.His research focuses on the intersection of condensed matter physics and quantum optics.,arenowned figure inthe field ofquantum sensing,IPAS'Chief Innovator and a successful entrepreneur.,Head of the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, distinguished professor of quantum electronics, making significant contributionsin the field.
