Eat The Invaders Event Recap

As an extension of the series Eat The Invaders,Ìýthe Environment Institute at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide hosted an event to delve into thought-provoking, conversation and debate around the critical issue of invasive species and their effect on ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n biodiversity.
A collaboration between the Environment Institute, ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Wildlife Conservancy, Biodiversity Council and ABC Impact and Partnerships, and Closer Productions this event featured:
- A screening of Episode 5 “Catsâ€Ìýfrom ABC ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥â€™sÌýEat the Invaders
- An interactive panel discussion and Q&AÌý- engaging with scientific experts who are working to protect the environment.

The panel discussion viewed actionable steps to mitigate threats posed by invasive species and challenge our conventional thinking around conservation and sustainability.
