ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide to host Professor Tim Flannery - The Climate Challenge Beyond the Paris Summit
The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide's Faculty of Sciences is hosting Professor Tim Flannery, Chief Councillor of the Climate Council, renowned climate scientist, author and commentator, to launch theÌýÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ College London's report 'Climate Crisis: Emergency Actions to Protect Human Health'Ìýand deliver a keynote address.
The 2015 UNFFCCC Paris Climate Conference represents a pivotal point for international negotiations to achieve a legally binding and universal agreement on climate to keep global warming below 2°C and to mitigate the human health impact.
Professor Flannery will discuss the post-conference outlook with his presentation 'The Climate Challenge Beyond the Paris Summit'.
