Students are able to explain the basic principles of the development of the head and neck pertinent to sleep science; explain the complex interaction of anatomy and neurophysiology in the control of ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of the nasal cavity, pharynx and larynx; and recognise the significance of principles of growth and development during childhood that can influence airway patency.
