Peter Gago and Andrew Caillard are graduates of The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide wine courses. Peter Gago, Penfolds Chief Red Winemaker and maker of Penfolds Grange, is a renowned and influential ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n winemaker, and Andrew Caillard is a leading specialist wine auctioneer, wine writer and educator.Â
